Michael has more than 25 years of experience building and leading Product Management and UX Research and Design teams in a wide range of industries and companies including Apple, Business Objects, SAP and recently at Telefonica where he was Global Director of UX. He has also worked and consulted with numerous startups and SMEs. Currently, as a consultant, Michael helps companies improve the effectiveness of their Product Management, CX and UX teams. He is also a professor in Madrid at the Master in Customer Experience & Innovation (IE School of Human Sciences & Technology) as well as a Master in UX Design at ESNE. In both programs, Michael teaches about Innovation and the Business of Design. Michael holds an undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany, a Masters from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from Theseus Institute (now part of EDHEC) in France.
