Ghassan Teffaha has spent over a decade helping airlines and travel agencies streamline operations and grow their business through innovative technology strategies. Ghassan is currently the Global Head of Sales & Partnerships for Mobile at Amadeus. In this role, Ghassan leads the commercial activities for an extensive portfolio of mobile solutions as well as provides strategic guidance on mobile adoption acceleration. During his tenure with Amadeus, Ghassan managed the development of Amadeus’ earliest mobile product, m-Power, which now services hundreds of thousands of travelers annually in Western Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this, Ghassan worked with some of the world’s fastest growing airlines to expand their revenues as a Sales & Relationship Manager at both Amadeus and SITA.
Ghassan has overseen the implementation and adoption growth of nearly 200 mobile apps for retail agencies and travel management companies. He has authored articles on various mobile topics including advertising, merchandising and servicing and is a frequent speaker on these and other trends.
